My First Cookbook Published this summer!
My first cookbook Make-Ahead Meals for Busy Moms will be published this summer! I started writing it on Jan. 1, 2008. I submitted my manuscript to a Self-Publishing Company on April 5, 2009. The publishing process has been slow, with many rounds of editing. The pictures on the slide show (below) are on the cover of the book and were taken by my brother Roger.
